Join us for an elevated, hands-on cooking class that highlights bold flavors, refined techniques, and a restaurant-quality menu. Guided by the instructor, you’ll prepare each dish from start to finish while learning professional tips you can recreate at home.

We’ll begin with Broiled Oysters with Bacon and Leeks, focusing on building deep, savory flavor and achieving the perfect broil. Next, you’ll create a refreshing Mixed Green Salad with Apple Poppyseed Vinaigrette, learning how to balance sweetness and acidity in a homemade dressing.

The centerpiece of the class is Seared Duck Breast with Crawfish Risotto, where you’ll master proper duck cookery for crisp skin and tender meat while crafting a creamy, flavorful risotto infused with crawfish. A side of Haricot Verts adds a fresh, vibrant contrast, highlighting simple techniques for perfectly cooked vegetables.

We’ll finish on a decadent note with a Chocolate Mousse Cake, exploring techniques for rich chocolate flavor, light texture, and elegant presentation.

Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. Anyone under the age of 18, participating in a cooking class must have a parent signed waiver.  (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.)
