Cooking School Refund Policy

A refund will be issued for any class up to fourteen (14) days prior to the class date. An exchange or store credit will be given for any class up to five (5) days before the class date. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be given for cancellations made less than five (5) days prior to the class date.

Retail Return Policy

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If, for any reason, you wish to return an item we ask that you contact us via email at thevikingcookingschool@vikingrange.com within 14 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable);

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Upon approval of the returned item(s) your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 2 business days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit or is defective, please contact us right away at thevikingcookingschool@vikingrange.com and we will gladly exchange it for the same item.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
