Date Night: In Sicily

SKILLS AND TECHNIQUES Preparing dishes designed to share; stretching and shaping fresh mozzarella; roasting peppers; making Sicilian sauces; preparing one of Sicily's most beloved pasta dishes; grilling vegetables; making a classical custard sauce.

Pricing for date night classes are per person.

Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. Anyone under the age of 18, participating in a cooking class must have a parent signed waiver.
