In this interactive session, you’ll cook alongside the instructor as we build a beautiful, brunch-inspired menu from scratch—perfect for entertaining or elevating your weekend cooking at home.

You’ll learn how to prepare Crabcake Eggs Benedict, mastering flavorful crab cakes, perfectly poached eggs, and a silky hollandaise sauce. We’ll pair this showstopper with Herbed Potatoes, roasted or sautéed to golden perfection and finished with fresh herbs for simple elegance.

To balance the richness, you’ll create a bright Citrus Salad, exploring balanced vinaigrettes. The class wraps up on a sweet note with Strawberry Crepes, where you’ll practice making tender crepes and a fresh strawberry filling that’s ideal for brunch or dessert.

Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. Anyone under the age of 18, participating in a cooking class must have a parent signed waiver.  (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.)
