Take a quick tour of Europe with us in this hands-on class featuring culinary influences from France, England, and Italy. When the Wellingtons have browned and the Soufflés have risen, it will be time to share this decadent meal with your classmates and say "Bon Appetit, Cheers, and Mangiamo!"

Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. Anyone under the age of 18, participating in a cooking class must have a parent signed waiver. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol. Bringing alcohol to class is prohibited due to state liquor laws and other restrictions.)
