Join us for a cozy, hands-on cooking class where classic flavors meet simple, elegant techniques. We’ll start with a vinaigrette, learning how to balance acidity and richness in a perfectly emulsified dressing. Learn to master a Porcini Mushroom Risotto, focusing on proper stirring, timing, and building deep, earthy flavor. For the main course, you’ll prepare Chicken Breasts with Lemon Sauce, a bright, silky pan sauce that turns an everyday ingredient into something special. We’ll finish on a sweet note with Little Chocolate Cakes, served warm with a luscious Amaretto Cream.

SKILLS AND TEQUNIQUES Making crisp crostini; working with porcinis; creating perfect risotto; pan searing and testing chicken for doneness; baking a chocolate soufflé.

Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. Anyone under the age of 18, participating in a cooking class must have a parent signed waiver.  (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.)
