When we finish chopping, trussing, stuffing and baking, we'll sit down to enjoy our own dinner party with a lovely glass of wine.

SKILLS AND TECHNIQUES Crisping salad greens; making a classical vinaigrette; preparing and cooking lobster; searing, roasting and carving beef tenderloin; making a butter emulsion sauce; making a light, refreshing dessert.

Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. Anyone under the age of 18, participating in a cooking class must have a parent signed waiver.  (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol. Bringing alcohol to class is prohibited due to state liquor laws and other restrictions.)
